“My specialist suggested I commence a stretching, movement type program for my R.A.. I found Chair Yoga in November 2016. U have been attending twice a week. There is a definite improvement in my flexibility of my joints.
The venue is air conditioned and the instructor is great. She is very patient with me and chair yoga Also helps me work out my left from right. I am not co-ordinated but seem to be improving.
