Sports Physiotherapy at Inline Physio goes beyond just reducing pain or issues associated with an injury. We start by determining your goals and gain an understanding of the impact of your pain or limitation on your performance.

We treat the primary and secondary causes of your problem and create an effective rehabilitation or training plan to get you back in the game. During this process, we will also teach you how to maintain your performance gains and avoid re-injury.

We’ll communicate with your other health professionals or your coach/trainers to ensure a well-orchestrated return to play.
