Restore and Rebalance, Yoga for deep relaxation. Restorative yoga is a very gentle form of yoga for the treatment of the whole body. If you are recovering from serious medical or psychological conditions this form of yoga is valuable and full of compassion. We offer a unique Clinical Pilates program at inline physio. which is a combination of Yoga and Pilates in a 45 minute exercise session. Your Physiotherapist will always perform an initial biomechanical assessment on you and teach you the Principals of Pilates to help with your rehabilitation following a musculoskeletal issue or to improve your health as you strengthen your core; prior to joining one of our many Clinical Pilates Classes.
