Sarah is a dedicated Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better through evidence-based care and a warm, supportive approach. She has a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, persistent pain management, and rehabilitation, and incorporates her Clinical Pilates training and dry needling skills to create personalised, goal-focused treatment plans. Sarah is committed to empowering clients with clear education, movement confidence, and long-term strength. Outside the clinic, she enjoys contemporary dance, drinking coffee, and spending time with her family and dog. She is excited to support the community in achieving lasting health and well-being.

Peter holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage from Q Academy. Peter has also successfully completed additional qualifications to become an SLM bodywork practitioner.
