Restore and Rebalance, Yoga for deep relaxation. Restorative yoga is a very gentle form of yoga for the treatment of the whole body. If you are recovering from serious medical or psychological conditions this form of yoga is valuable and full of compassion. Book into our 1hr classes and learn how to self-care and deeply relax your body.
Women’s Health Yoga
Hormones are critically important to our Health and Happiness. It is when we undergo hormonal shifts that we can experience undesirable symptoms such as hot flushes, irritability and anxiety. We can influence the levels of many hormones in the body. We do this with activities we choose to engage in, the way we live, our schedule and the things we eat.
Our Women’s Health Yoga Class can be a great friend to help you better manage the symptoms of a hormonal shift. By adopting very specific postures and poses, this Yoga class can relieve stress, reduce heart rate and reduce cortisol levels.
This class is not a regular on our schedule but please enquire if you are particularly interested in this style of class.
