Our dedicated physiotherapists at inline physio. will offer you a comprehensive treatment program based on a thorough assessment of your biomechanics and their effect on your musculoskeletal system.
We will treat you as appropriate and continue to do so as necessary, but we will encourage you to self-manage in a way we recommend and direct. You will always have our support as you continue to make improvements.
We are fortunate to have extremely experienced massage therapists at inline physio., working six days a week to provide a variety of different massage therapy techniques including: Relaxation Massage; Deep Tissue Massage; and Lymphadaemic Massage.
Our dedicated physiotherapists at inline physio. may offer you dry needling or acupuncture based on a thorough assessment of your biomechanics and the effect it may have on your musculoskeletal system.
Acupuncture and dry needling have a very unique response and often are required to provide you with a well rounded treatment.
Clinical Pilates and Yoga
We offer a unique Clinical Pilates program at inline physio. which is a combination of Yoga and Pilates in a 45 minute exercise session. Alison Ford has been teaching Clinical Pilates for over 15 years and has devised this inline method of Clinical Pilates in response to her many clients’ needs.
Your Physiotherapist will always perform an initial biomechanical assessment on you and teach you the Principals of Pilates to help with your rehabilitation following a musculoskeletal issue or to improve your health as you strengthen your core; prior to joining one of our many Clinical Pilates Classes.
